This time I called up Pressure Pros cause I didn't have the time to complete it before the HOA deadline. I was amazed that they use a two treatment process. One before pressure washing and one after they've completed the pressure washing to keep the concrete clean for months and to keep off any active growth. Never knew this lol. Very professional.
